Recognized as a leading industrial furnace manufacturer, Despatch felt it was time to refresh the look of their infrared photovoltaic furnace. They looked to Logic's Product Design team to develop a new enclosure that was clean, contemporary, and communicated value and performance. Logic started with an in-depth study of the plant production and assembly methods as well as current and leading manufacturing processes. This gave Logic the confidence to move the designs beyond current manufacturing practices and introduce forms and processes which were fresh to the industry. Playing on structural divisions, a design was formed which provided the ease of assembly, cost efficiency and the visual appeal Despatch was seeking. The Logic/Despatch engagement resulted in an iconic design which set them apart from their competition and set a course for future design direction.
