Can I use NAND flash instead of NOR flash on the LH7A404 card engine?
It is possible to use NAND with the LH7A404 processor, but the current state of the Card Engine will not support it as is. The Card Engine has the interface on it but is not populated with components and it is not supported as standard product. This can be seen on page 5 of the LH7A404-11 Card Engine Schematic.
