Why is the Windows CE license cost additional to the cost of the SOM?
Microsoft charges their own royalty for WindowsCE functionality that can change from release to release, so we do not include this in the cost of the SOM. Another reason we do not include it is because it would create multiple costs for the SOM depending on what software is installed.
