Freescale Zoom™ PowerQUICC Development Kit

Product Overview

Freescale Zoom PowerQUICC Development Kit :: 190.5 x 228.6 x 38.3 mm
Freescale Zoom PowerQUICC Development Kit

By providing a product-ready hardware and software platform, Logic's embedded solutions fast forward development and help engineers stay focused on their high-value core technologies. The ZoomTM PowerQUICCTM Development Kit is a low-cost, high-performance method of evaluating the Freescale PowerQUICCTM processor and COM Express System on Module (SOM).

Logic's COM Express SOM is ideal for applications in the industrial, networking, and medical markets. The SOM adheres to the COM Express Compact form factor and is based on the Type III pin-out specification. The MPC8360 PowerQUICCTM processor from Freescale Semiconductor provides both control and communications processing in a single chip, making it a cost-effective solution for any product requiring deterministic industrial networking protocols.

By starting their design with the ZoomTM PowerQUICCTM Development Kit, developers can write application software on the same hardware that will be used in the final product.

The ZoomTM PowerQUICCTM Development Kit includes the COM Express SOM, application baseboard, and accessories required to immediately begin development work.
