Support Contracts

Windows CE Binary BSP Build Support

This support package is intended for customers that sign the WinCE binary BSP components license and are looking to build their own images.

Schematic Design Review

The Schematic Design Review assists customers who have completed a design description and schematics for a project. Logic Engineers review the materials provided by the customer, and return a completed review of process related design, processor bus peripheral interface connections, memory interface, and general system architecture. A one hour telephone conference and written summary is also provided.

Follow up questions after the design review will require an additional support contract to be purchased.

Bronze Support Package

Bronze level is designed to help a customer debug a particular issue that can be reproduced on a Logic kit.

Gold level offers 33 hours of Logic engineering support. Gold level is designed for customer design support at a rate of roughly 8 hours a week per month.
