Logic PD’s Shawn Oreschnick to Present on “The Power of Little Data” in Intelligence Collaboration Webinar

MINNEAPOLIS – February 20, 2017 – Logic PD, a complete product development and lifecycle solutions company for the connected world, announced today that Shawn Oreschnick, director of analytics and research services, will present at the next interactive webinar in Aurora WDC’s IntellCollab series this week. The webinar is titled “How to Leverage the Power of Little Data and Consumer Insights to Understand Dynamic Market Trends,” and takes place at 11:00 CST on Wednesday, February 22.

In his presentation, Oreschnick will discuss how consumer research can be leveraged to help companies define the motivations behind their consumers’ behavior. He will also explore how findings from “little data” generated from proliferating home-use medical devices is informing and guiding “big data” transformation within health care. The webinar will include an opportunity for participants to contribute their data- and insights-related questions for Oreschnick to answer.

“The emergence of digital technologies has created a shift towards the consumer-use of medical devices both in and out of the home.” said Oreschnick. “As more patients become users, the challenge for medical companies will be to build upon their foundational knowledge to understand who will be using their devices and the market in which those devices will compete.”
